Shipping & Returns

Clear timelines for delivery, tracking your order, and how we handle returns and exchanges—so you can shop with confidence.

Shipping

Orders are processed Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. holidays. Most orders ship within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • One-time orders $5.99 shipping on orders under $75; free shipping on orders $75 and up.
  • Subscribe & Save — free shipping on every subscription delivery.
  • Standard U.S. shipping — typically 3–7 business days after dispatch.
  • Express options — where offered at checkout, delivery estimates appear before you pay.
  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking when your package leaves our fulfillment partner.

U.S. one-time orders below $75 include a flat $5.99 shipping fee at checkout. Orders of $75 or more (before tax) ship free. Subscription orders always ship free. International rates, if offered, appear at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or incorrect addresses entered at checkout.

International orders

Availability varies by region. Duties, taxes, and import fees may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient unless stated otherwise at checkout. Contact support@phytologica.com before ordering if you need help with international delivery.

Returns & exchanges

We want you to feel confident in every Phytologica purchase. If something is not right, reach out within 30 days of delivery.

  • Unopened products in original, resaleable condition may qualify for a refund or exchange.
  • Opened products may be eligible for store credit on a case-by-case basis; consumable safety rules apply.
  • Protocols and promotional items may have specific return terms noted at purchase.

To start a return, email support@phytologica.com with your order number and reason. Approved returns must be shipped back within 14 days of authorization. Refunds are issued to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the item.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, contact us within 7 days with photos of the package and items. We will replace or refund eligible orders at no extra shipping cost.

Subscriptions

Subscribe & Save orders include free shipping on every delivery. You can manage frequency or cancellation from your order confirmation email or by contacting support before your next billing date.
